Booking

All of our bookings are confirmed in writing with a simple contract a deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking which can be paid online or if you prefer by cheque made payable to T & T Sound & Light Hire. Balance can be paid any time up to the start of your event. If paying by cheque we need payment 14 days prior to the booking date.

If for any reason you have to cancel your booking the deposit is non refundable but can be carried on for any new booking. Refer to booking form for conditions.

Booking Form

In order to confirm your booking you must also complete and return to us a booking form. You can view and download the form HERE.

If you are unable to print your own copy of the form, contact us and we will post one to you.

Charges

We can only give a rough guide to costs because we have to factor in the service required i.e. time of the performance, distance of travel, also you may require a early set up option.

A typical 4 to 5 hour event within a 15 mile radius of Dorchester would be £ 175 to £ 225. Any further away may incur travel costs as for early set up normal cost is £45 if within the 15 mile radius.

Children’s parties are only available at off peak times and are not available for Fri/Sat evenings ,we recommend 2 hours is ideal average cost is £ 90 please contact us for further details.

Please note that both companies Tony James Discos & T & T Sound & Light  Hire have public liability insurance for 10 million pounds and Pat certificate.
